What does "locked for life" actually mean?
Your monthly rate at signup is the rate you pay for as long as you stay subscribed. If we raise public prices (which we will), you don’t move. Cancel + re-join later and you re-enter at the then-current public rate.
Why 20 spots and not unlimited?
Founding Cohort pricing is a one-time concession in exchange for being early. We can only handle 20 brand-vault builds plus up to 20 website launches in the first quarter without dropping quality. Once the 20 spots fill across all 4 tiers, the next cohort moves to standard pricing.
How do I know which tier to pick?
Single-state cannabis brand with multi-dispensary distribution? DTC ($99/mo). Brand operating in 3+ states? Multi-State ($999/mo). Agency or advisor managing multiple brands? Channel ($1,500/mo). Multi-brand portfolio or holding company? Lab ($2,000/mo). If unsure, book a 15-min call and we’ll figure it out together.
Do I have to take the Managed Website Service?
No. The Managed Website Service is an optional $499/mo add-on for any tier. Many DTC brands skip it (they already have a site, just need brand-ops infrastructure). Multi-State, Channel, and Lab tiers usually take it because the website is part of the brand operations stack.
What about the Federal Compliance Brand Kit and Local Compliance Checklist?
Those are one-time products (Federal Kit $999, Local Checklist $199/state). All Founding Cohort tiers include ongoing federal and state compliance updates — so if you’re already a Founding Cohort customer, you don’t need to buy the kits separately. My brand isn’t cannabis — can I still apply?
Yes if you’re in one of our supported restricted verticals: hemp + CBD, kratom, peptides, functional mushrooms, or you’re a dispensary brand or multi-state operator. The Brand Vault and brand-operations infrastructure work the same way for any regulated-industry brand. Compliance rails are different per vertical.
What if I’m pre-license or pre-launch?
Founding Cohort pricing is best applied once you have product moving across multiple retailers or have your own operating dispensary. If you’re pre-license, send a note and we’ll point you to better-fit starting points + offer to reserve your spot at $0/mo for 6 months, locked at $99/mo when you go live.
How is billing handled?
Founding Cohort billing runs on monthly ACH invoicing rather than card-on-file recurring. We’ll send your first invoice within 24 hours of approval, payable via ACH or check. Future invoices arrive automatically on the 1st of each month. This is the same way most cannabis B2B vendors bill — it keeps your subscription clean and gives you net-7 or net-30 terms if you need them.
